T2 class guide to farm mastery and paragon levels, any current guides? I currently have the shaman and heretic unlockef

I just feel like they’re a bit weaker than the tier 2.

I want the class that I can literally idle. I don’t want to be sitting around pressing buttons or worrying about the game. I just wanna leave it running and come back.

That's literally every class. Every class can go idle for whatever amount of time you want, you come back and press a couple buttons for profit and then exile and do it again.

What are you doing?
Have you set up your phases? (As said above you can go idle for pretty much any amount but some inbetween is still necessary)
Have you set up your items?
What are your stat points?

And so on and on and on.
If you hit a hard wall it could be any of these and even then a bit more.

I don't know what you are doing so I can't tell you what you are doing wrong. I can give you a checklist though.
Are your attributes spent correctly for the class and items you are using?
Are you doing a build up phase? If so, which class and with which spells?
Are you doing a void mana or liquid shadow phase prior to burst?
Are you using the appropriate pet for a given phase?
Are you using appropriate gear for a given phase?
What spells are you using for burst/profit?

Okay so I’ve started using archon. I find this class the simplest of the t2s so far.

Does anyone have a current guide ?

I see mention of the spell “ta” but I don’t have that spell anywhere on my list. Are the guides just out dated ?

Yep, TA Archon should be the build that suits you. Current guide is here: https://idlewizard.wiki.gg/wiki/TA_Archon. Tempered Arcanomancy (TA) is unlocked via an upgrade that costs e725 mana which is why you need to be pretty close to e360 mysts to start using this build.

Until you get TA, you can increase your spell shards collected by first running Abolisher for short time, using that time to cast Debilitate while Silence is active.

Having Spellstealer weapon (best at legendary), will also help a lot.

Do that about 10 min max. Then switch to Archon.

You really don't need to learn much about Abolisher, as you'll only use that class to spend massive amounts of spellshards.

You can. Requirements are listed in every T2 class. For Archon they are Apprentice, Arcanist or Abolisher.

You can't go sideways but you can go up a tier. If you pick necromancer, you can't change to exorcist but you can change to shaman. You can't go back down a tier either.
