Archon progression R1
Hey fellow Archon players, I have decided for this T2 because it has no swaps and is easy to set up.
The progress is staggering now that I finished R0 at about 440 mysts (only jumps to 443 after 8 hours).
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I am following the TA Archon guide.
I might be slow because only my burst items are legendary, the void phase loadout is slightly better than common at best.

I am getting TA pretty high and Missile Storm shoots 31k bolts.

Stats are:
INT 200
INS 110
SPC 225
WIS 159
DOM 0
PAT 50
MAS 200
EMP 125
VER 0

I might not be running this long enough or just have to wait for more dust to upgrade my items.
Is there a T2 like Umbra that benefits from shorter, more active runs?

edit:
I found out that by hyperstacking Expel Soulstealer I can reach level 275 and by hyperstacking TA without Syphon Power and Debilitate I can save a lot of time just jumping to higher shard costs.

From my experience on the discord I have heard that both Heretic and Desolator are great "rushing" classes. Neither relies on a persistent spell they have to stack over the course of a realm and both benefit a lot from enchants. TA is the "simple and reliable" class that excels in the mid to early-endgame. While both Heretic and Desolator have more phases or spells/systems you have to stack and keep track (making them more active playstyles), they might be what you're looking for.
In the short term however it would likely be best to keep running Archon while you either finish upgrading your gear for Archon's other phases OR while you start upgrading gear for the other class you choose to try out next.
Feel free to jump into the discord because there is a very active community there and multiple chat rooms dedicated to different "stages" of the game with pinned messages for common advice. You can also find the various community made tools and the people who made/update them regularly.
Lastly, make sure you're on the correct wiki. The community recently left Fandom to make a new wiki over on .gg instead. The link in the in-game help tab is correct.

I would say that nearing e450 in general is rather expected for r1 progress. r0 -> r1 isn't that much of a boost really, the only noticable difference being x2 cDust. Since there isn't much in the way of a more direct profit boost you can expect to cap out somewhere in the e400s.

If you are trying to kill some time as you wait for your realm time to hit 10 days you can just keep pushing for marginal gains or get some secret achievements done. Later on once your done getting items upgraded you will be able to start spending blue dust on eDust experiments, which combined with memory upgrades provides a huge profit boost.

Also as a side note: character and pet exp items are pretty high priority upgrades on archon, pet lvls go brrrr

I was able to reach e500 after 10 days.
Technically I could realm but I lost some progress due to doing both easy triumphs (no expedition, no experiments, no expedition until e400)

Upgrading Spellstealer was a huge deal and some upgrades to the Falconer's set pushed Soulstealer to 300.

FYI, the exp for the Archon pet is boosted more by *character* experience equipment than it is by *pet* experience. So in any equipment slot where you have both pet OR character exp items, use the character exp one for leveling the pet. (this is very class specific as most pets scale or level slightly differently, but most don't care about character exp this much)
