Burst quest

Can someone help me with this quest?

I have idle mode active, I have the Druid and the Pixie pet chosen, I collect the void mana, then I cast Woodland Creatures and Evergrowing forest. Yet, the quest is not complete? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Because I am following the directions on the quest, and is not working.

Maybe the quest requires to put both spells on auto-cast. Shift-Click both spells. Their background have to turn red.

Try that and if doesn't work I'll try to conjure another idea.

The quest just automatically completed for me, as well as many other quests. I'm not at the beginning of the game though. Quests were recently implemented.

I now want to start another game from the start, just to feel the pain again.. lol.

But I'm pretty sure I'll mess it up and I will end up destroying my current game.

Both summons are active at the same time, right?
It's quite possible that there's a bug, but it worked for me, no autocast required.
Try a save-load cycle and / or turning it off and on again, to see if that helps.
Check for updates too, while the game is off. Unless you've reconfigured things, steam will only update things if no things are running.

And this might be another case of "way too obvious", but just to make sure: are you doing the quests in order? you can't jump ahead or skip one.

When I realmed into normal to get rid of the quest icon, I got stuck on The Exile: got to e1000 and it still wouldn't complete. Once I restarted the game though, almost all of the remaining quests immediately auto-completed.

Maybe something ate your completion flag and the game needs a restart to clear it before you can get it again.
