when did they effects of artificer's shoulderpads and helm change?
I recall the artificer's shouldpads and helm giving a bonus to gathering stuff, but they don't seem to do so anymore. When did that change and where can I find a list of changes to items.

If you're not on Discord, you can check the Change Log, button in the top right, in the Settings menu. This change occurred in 1.36.0. The amount of Dust got transferred into the base Dust rates, basically it got buffed by 40%.
