Miniaturized Accelerator replaced it :B

No I don't have anything constructive to say. :D
On the other hand, you may want to switch to a new class. I think you are getting towards the edge of Voidmancer's effectiveness (without unreasonable amounts of upgraded items for a first realm).
In general, note that the level 150 bonuses for each attribute are very powerful. With about 650 points, you would usually want to have 4 stats at 150. Meeting the requirements for items is a competing factor, but at this point your items are not that strong yet.
I used the guide here on steam, made by LotusBlade, and followed it all the way to e300 mysteries. Its good, you should give it a looky :)
You need to continue to invest in getting new items. There are better choices and you want to see more of what you have available before you start upgrading. Your trophies, research, Legacy, and Claws are all good items, though I would generally use Legacy for boosting void mana and not for my mana burst phase. Whiplash is great, especially when using Voidfiend. Helix is probably good (I don't have it upgraded), but Shoulderguard is the worst of all the power equipment so I would only use it if I needed it to reach a set bonus (or if I had nothing better for shoulder). The rest are all questionable, though eventually Accelerator gets good for burst. You definitely want more void gear for the void boosting phase. You should also look into pet gear and character gear (anything that looks off-white in color; it doesn't form a set), and both power gear and time-traveler gear are good for burst. Additionally, time-traveler gear is indispensable for Chronomancer and Temporalist, and Chronomancer is really good at e200 so it's a decent investment.
Necrotic Powerstone is not something I'd use. Anima is much better for void boosting because it empowers Void Lure/Prison/Radiance. I'd use Essence and Anima if boosting void mana without a void pet, or Essence and Gland if boosting void mana with a void pet. In general, anything that ups your incantation or VMPE is what you want for void boost gear. Also, if you're using Voidfiend to generate mana, you need to balance your void gear with a touch of pet gear. Anything that improves pet ability power will improve your void mana gains so some of the pet gear is actually more valuable than incantation boosters (but only when using Voidfiend or similar). If and only if I'm with a void generating pet, my mana boost gear is going to include Whiplash, Collar of Obedience (a waist item), and Hollow-Eye Pendant because those will generate significantly more void than incantation boosters (I think with a void pet, HEP is even better than Nether Chain, which is designed to increase void, but I don't have the latter to legendary yet to check).
Your stats seem good though I should mention getting 150 Intellect becomes very important once you unlock Resonator Ring, which is by far and away the best item in the game. At epic or higher it will add four levels of enchantment to any unique or legendary item that has at least one purchased level in it.
