Voidfiend/Voidterror becomes almost useless once you have enough incantation boost to support Void Radiance charging as a strategy, provided your class has access to Void Radiance.

Even if you don't have the boost you need, it's generally better to Voidfiend/Voidterror to charge up void mana then switch to Interrogator/Archivist or Anima Construct (or in rare cases, Arcanaworg). This is a more active style of play, however, and not as useful if you rely on bonuses to pet time.

Voidfiend yes, but Voidterror becomes very powerful once you ways to improve pet charge time. I'd also argue that outside of Demonologist (and Arcanist with Arcanaworg), a Voidfiend/Terror buildup time is pretty worthless compared to Void Radiance and more pet exp on your burst pet.

That said, T1 Pets can be phased out in about 36-48hrs in favour of Arcanaworg (and Interrogator, whom I would class as 1.5, because they, and the ones after them, can't really be unlocked before T2 pets nowadays anyway. Gone is the days of Early Arcanist with Boxgod builds totally destroying the game).

Back to the topic in question though. I really don't care for T1 Spellhound, even after the clickshard cap was introduced, Spellhound doesn't really provide much, and that time is better spent pumping your Burst Pet's EXP. The T2 Arcanaworg, however, is excellent. There is no class that can't work well with it, it's rarely the best choice, but it's easy to use, and works well enough.

When in evo set with interrogator my radiance as a heretic provides 8.5e15/s.
When in vm buildup set with terror i produce like 3e36 every .27 seconds.

Evocation Boosts (And Interrogator) do NOTHING for Radiance. For Void Radiance, you want Anima Construct and a combination of Incantation Efficiency and Void Mana Per Entity. I totally agree with you though, with Whiplash and/or Collar, Voidterror provides hideous amounts of Void Mana. Evocation and Interrogator Void Mana buildup is pretty much exclusive to Voidmancer (maybe Alchemist? I'm really bad at Alchemist though, so I couldn't say), and even then, there's other options available to the class.

Makes sense. I mentioned the evo set as it also provides a bit of incan and interrogator since it's already used in the buildup stage, but since I run heretic there's no reason to do an anima when i get waaaaay more profits from vm boosts and terror. I doubt even switching to anima right before burst would help since all that vm would lose potency.
