Herald of Rot worst than Risen Giant
Are tier 3 pets just bad? Switching to it drops my income by 100x.

It scales better with time. I mostly play archon so I am not 100% sure, but I believe herald outscales giant after around 1-3 days. With tier 3 pets, they start off worse than tier 2, but get better through time, or after a certain amount of buildup. Unlike tier 2 pets, you can't petswap around.

Its not that you "can't" its you shouldn't. They scale with pet time/level too strongly for it to be worth it (mostly i'm sure there are exceptions as i also mainly play Archon who just gets its own pet)
