Other classes useless???
Hey everyone im at about 1e107 mysteries and all im using is the exorcist to achieve this and it seems like the only class so far thats able to each and progress past the mark. I unlocked the umbramancer and its just as ♥♥♥♥ as the cronomancer. They both cant even come close to 100 msyteries without hrs and hrs of grinding. The exorcist can match previous exile and some in under and hr while all these classes that are suposed to be better or atleast you would think cant even come close to the production output?? Am I just having issues or is anyone else experiencing these problem with other classes?

Yes to figure outa new class can be a nuisance. Just play most suitable builds. I never got profit out of Chronomancer.

You can just do chrono until exorcist. It gets you there really quickly.

Funny, I never really managed to get any profits with Chrono :D: He'd be a beast, but the void mana degenerates so fast thanks to his time skips.
Not saying that he's a bad class or that he's useless, just that I personally didn't have much success with him :tbpwink:
Here is how to max profits with the Chronomancer.

To max Chronomancer burst, you max sources with Simulacrum. Next, stack however many Time Helixes you want with Geode or Ley Keeper. You can autocast Time Helix using Spell Focus, Singularity Beam, Wormhole, Time Helix, Manabeast, and Synthetic Entity. Use reckless autocast except for Wormhole, which is careful autocast. If you are a lower level you may need some empathy and mastery in order to autocast Time Helix.

You can level a bit more using Pixie with Wormhole for number of autoclicks. The pet autoclicks stack up way faster using Wormhole than with Manabeast. If you want to level from Synthetic Entities a little faster you could switch to Archivist, but it only gives you ~2x the void entities with way less autoclicks. Cast Ritual of Power and Superposition while leveling to stack them.

Once you have strengthened up however much you want, it's time to burst. The highest bursting pet is Anima Construct. Archivist is a fairly near second and easier to do for learning. Level Anima Construct with Wormhole. You want to set up two presets for spells. First, Singularity Beam, Temporal Distortion, Spell Focus, Void Lure, Void Radiance, and Manabeast. This set is used for charging before bursting. Put all on reckless autocast.

The second set is Singularity Beam, Gem Resonance, Ritual of Power, Superposition, Converge Timelines, and Stabilize the Flow. You can also make a third set with Revert to keep Stabilize the Flow going, but i find it is easiest with two. You can use the third preset spell set for Time Helix stacks instead.

Using the first set charge Time Distortion and Void Mana to the max. Then turn reckless autocast off Singularity Beam, Time Distortion, and Spell Focus, so the recharge. Quickly switch to set 2 and cast Stabilize the Flow. Cast the rest of the incantations and then Singularity Beam. Recharge and repeat however many times you want.

If you have items that boost void mana or time distortion, you can swap item sets to get a little more boost also.

If you have high evocation efficiency, if you are using Archivist for example, a better way to build up void mana is to use wormhole to stack up synthetic entities. when you're ready to burst, burn through the stacks with reckless autocast and replace it with sigularity beam when your void mana stops increasing. For me that's been around 30-40 charges left when I start out in the 200-250 range and it gets me up around e9 void mana despite not having much in insight.

Edit: I was miss-remembering, actually testing this shows that massive stacks of synthetic entity charges is the same order of magnitude as void radiance. Which makes sense seeing as how you're fighting against the same level of void degeneration either way.

I found Chronomancer incredibly strong and using only him for now. Started using somewhere at e93 mysteries and getting extra +e7-e10 every play round. (las time jumped from e110 to e120 in a single go)

Here what i do:
1) Starging pet is Spellhound.
Spells:
- Voidlure + Automation (get exp from void entities);
- Generate Paradox + Manabeast (autoclick exp);
- Singularity Beam + Temproal Distortion (speed up time x12);
All that requires 10 minutes.

2) Switch to Arcanworg pet asap, since it increases shards gain and income inredibly.

3) Cast Time Helix (it requirees lvl 112 hero for me). Keep same spells. Temporal Distortion on 'careful', others are on 'Reckless'. It takes 40 seconds to reach another Time Helix, so now this is a race to get some of those Helixes. The more you use them, the less time required to reach next, slowly dropping to 30 sec and lower.

5) I stopped at 10 Helixes and 17 minute time spent on run. Now switch spells to
- Singularity beam + Temproal distortion (since you need x12 time in any combo);
- SuperPosition + Ritual of Power + WormHole (all reckless) = just stack those spells for few minutes;
- Spellfocus for extra shards.

Together with Arcanworg you will stack spells super fast, i believe like 25 times per second for each, even tho their duration is 20/10 s. At minute 23 i stopped doing this.

6) Put spells Void Radiance + Void Lure and max your void mana, it takes like 20 seconds;

7) Switch to burst build:
- Singularity beam + Temproal distortion (time x12);
- Super Position, Convert Time Lines (for main income);
- Stabilize Flow (main burster).

Now, Stabilizer is tricky, since casting it will eat all your time bonus x12 and turn it into 1, so you have to farm x12 again, but doing that shortens time of your Stabilizer. To prevent it, in sixth spell slot i have Revert, which refreshes duration of all active spells (just keep pressing it manualy).

From e120 jumped to e122, but that is too low.

8) You need fast reaction, while time is x12 and Stabilizer active, switch manual "Revert" for Ritual of Power and boom, jumped from e122 to e124.

All took me 30 minutes of time. Too low? let's continue.

9) Switch pet to Interrogator and place any 6 spells with any duration. This pet will make their duration to become 15+ hours. He earns exp the more active spells you have. Make sure to maintain distortion bonus at x6-x12 for extra speed. After reaching Interrogator lvl 94 i upgraded him into Archivist.

Repeated burst, boom, i have e126 now. It took 40 minutes + wrote this little guide at the same time. So i can simply jump from e120 to e126 in 40 mins. Is this bad? Well, maybe some other heroes are faster, but it's not like i really stacked spells. So i decided to grind just a bit more.

10) Get x12 time and stack Wormhole more, previously i had like 24d skipped time (hower over hero icon to see skipped time). Every 6 real seconds gives +1 day of skipped time. I ended up with 130d skipped. Repeated burst and boom, got to e128. (50 minutes run time)

Once again i would like to point out that this run was not really stacks, i could easely go for 30 Helixes to get much more mysteries.

11) Decided to try Geod for the first time. Surprisingly, i was able to upgrade him into Ley Keeper in a few seconds. But income did not overpassed Archivist.

Stats:
100 Int, Spellcraft, Wisdom; 40 Mastery. Some common non-set items without any big bonuses.

...........

Did another run and got from e128 to e136 in 40 mins. The nice fact about Chronomancer is - the more Mysteries you have, the faster you can do his cycles. This time reaching Helix took me 6-8 seconds instead of 30-40.

The next run from e136 to e144 in 35 minutes.

Yeah Exorcist is great cause it only really needs 1hr of build up. when i change realms i use Exorcist all the way from e40ish to e300ish when i switch to Archon. On my first realm Exo was my go too from e100 to e280ish

On my first realm i used Ironsoul from 280 to 360ish as the weapon completely changes his build up (and to be honest likely completely changes chrono but i never liked him)

Chrono is one of the most complicated T1s due to the odd requirements to stack Time Helix then The challenge of building VM due to time distortion and finally how the class feels clunky when you drop the distortion during burst with stabilize the flow.

Yes, that is so true. He is hard to understand, hard to use and requires a lot of thinking. On top of that it is not pleasant to jump between 5 skill panels even with fast switching. And you sort of must get his secret achievements before even starting to do runs, which requires 1e7 autoclicks (around 40 hours of game being active).

But buildup is very fast once you figure out the loops and gets shorter and shorter with each next run. For me it was 3 days > 3 hours > 2 hours > 42m > 40m > 35m.
I got through that stage with necro and risen giant. and couldn't get exorcist to work if my life depended on it.

This thread is evidence that the game is almost perfectly tailored to your individual build, your style of play, and how you exploit it. Everyone does something different and it works.
Yeah i tryed playing Umbramancer and absolutely failed, looks like his style is not for me. Really happy you can find your own build and stick to it, it feels like Path of Exile at this point of development. But you don't need to read forums to get help with builds, which i appreciate the most.
