Persistent achievements

Last five secret achievements (Persistent Storm to Magna) require to cast all persistent spells in the game in large numbers then exile. Only way I can think of doing it is during "wizard squad" challenges but since challenges do not carry over its stats upon exile it may not work.

How can I cast all persistent spells on a single run on a "normal" run?

You don't have to do it during single run. They are persistent, so their progress is carried over between runs. You need to play as different classes to complete it.
