I am not able to figure out how to do this challenge. would some one please help me?
how do you cast stabilize the flow with time distortion?

Charge Temporal Distortion to the max. Reckless it. Wait until time distortion (displayed under your portrait) is at 10. Cast Stabilize The Flow.
Rinse and repeat.

If you can't do it, get more wisdom, then spellcraft.

probably don't have enough points for stats. my current time distortion is 0.42

0.42 is distortion you gain for each cast. It's accumulated over casts, the number is displayed right under your portrait.

When I did that I didn't have the stats to just put Singularity Beam and Temporal Distortion on auto and get a feedback loop, but did manage it by manually casting Wormhole->(2-3x)Singularity Beam->Wormhole and throwing in Distortion every third or so cycle of that. Took over a minute on the keyboard to get the factor up to 10x, and a lot longer (with breaks) to finish, but this challenge should be doable as soon as you have it unlocked.
