Performance Issues

So my game is running terribly, I was looking into what the problem was and I saw the game uses easy anti cheating, I tried playing the game offline steam and disconnecting my internet then the game runs absolutely perfectly. Does anyone have another fix for this game other then this?

Computer Specs:
ryzen 7 5800x
nvidia 3060ti
32gb ram 3200mhz
saved on an ssd

The stuttering from the framedrops are absolutely terrible and makes the game basically unplayable, say for example if I stick the town fps to 60, it drops all the way down to 15 and up, when I put steam offline, and disconnect my internet the game runs full 60 no lag at all.

Been a couple weeks, I did see this back then and try it and it didn't work at the time but it managed to work this time so if anyone else is having problems then it is probably because of the easy anti cheat, if you disable it then you can't play online (haven't tested but that is what folks have said), but it's worth it just to be able to actually play a game you have bought. You can either just go through your steam folders till you get to the game folder or you can go to your steam library > right click on game > manage > browse local files > your folder should be open now > click on easy anti cheat folder > click on easyanticheat_setup > click on the uninstall on the bottom left.

Like I said before, I did this when I originally made the topic and it didn't work, but after trying it again now it does and the game runs incredibly smooth.
