by what the store page is saying, probably not, which is somewhat pathetic for fighting games like these to not have it.

i saw a review, it seems you need to play about 2hrs before being able to use the multiplay hub

yeah its stupid hidden away though its inside the hero building and you have to walk there, there is no menu short cut way of getting to it. you can do player vs cpu and player vs player.
