The more attacks you land on the enemy, the shorter the time it takes for Saitama to get there.
If you were TRYING to go for a time over in a normal fighting game, that can quite often be difficult enough... Now try to do that with a handicap AGAINST you. Its not quite as OP as it seems.
Saitama isn't allowed in competitive mode anyway, only 'dream' Saitama is. Tho if you ask me they should just allow normal Saitama due to reason mentioned above... you're effectively giving yourself a SERIOUS handicap and pretty much have to win via a 'time over' of sorts.
If you don't need to win via time over and can win normally... well... you don't need Saitama in the first place. So its pretty fair.
I like that idea, I hope so!
