How to use scopes and aim down sights?

I am playing on vive with motion controllers and cant figure out how to use scope or the "aim down sights" listed in the options menu.

Under controls there is no "scope" button

I don't play on Vive but I would assume that it is the grip button. I play lefty and it is my right grip button.

On vive it turns out you just have to hold the left trigger (offhand) and the scope window will come up.

Under gameplay you will see scope window on/off option, plus the option to toggle the scope window on/of, or to hold the grip button for the scope window.....personally i found the scope window useless.
As for aim down sights you do that in VR quite literally. ;)
