just copy over the Mancana folder located in the dlc and copy to your dlc folder in bl2 VR boom hd textures enabled.

in the willow engine ini turn bsmoothframerate=TRUE and set it to FALSE then save to unlock your frame rate

There are still questions and mixed opinions as to whether this is working .

Its not. Optional if you want over 60fps

It's not but your frame rate is locked lower this unlocks it

Nope the dlc is for BL2 pancake. But you can buy game of the year edition for 7quid off eBay for a steam key

Yes but you notice more at higher resolution. I running pimax 5k+ at 1.5 and it looks insane

where is the exac location of the ini file because I think there are in the game directory and also in the user profile.

Always edit the one in the user directory when possible.

When I tried this it throws an error about content loading (disappears too fast to read it fully), and I don't see any difference in the textures.

I already thought it looked pretty decent with the texture setting in Video turned up to high, but I'd still like more texture res.
