Red key stuck on/in roof on Knuckles Barn map

Wen't onto the roof of the barn and found a box with they key in it, picked up the box and dumped it out now I can't grab it. I already tried using a balloon and a piece of wood to get it out and that did nothing, also tried going back to the pawnshop and back to the map and that did nothing now I can't get whatever's in the well.

Edit: It turns out that the chest contains a golden toilet paper! But I still got the achievement for getting all of them even though I didn't get this one??

This happened to me too... could not retrieve key out of box, I flipped the box, the key fell out and unable to pick up. I also had a problem with the key from the snowman; I had acquired the key and it was in my inventory, however, when I was unable to get the red key, I noticed the key from the snowman was no longer in my inventory; the only key I had was the one from the pig.
I couldn't open the box to retrieve the golden toilet paper.... very upsetting not to be able to play the game as it should be... I feel as if I have been cheated when I play the game honestly as I have encountered other bugs as well .... perhaps more testing before releasing any game is in order. I love the game... I'm very unhappy with the bugs.
