Got stuck in a cave in Otis' Ranch

I found a place where it seems possible to get physically stuck at the Otis' Ranch level, unless I just got super unlucky. It's on the second island area, in the little cave directly under where you get the Winged Totem piece. I found the cave while wandering, went in to look for anything interesting, and apparently managed to go just a little too far back in the area. I got stuck somehow, unable to jump or walk or otherwise move at all beyond just looking around in a circle. After a minute or two of trying I had to just reload my last save to get out.
