Bid Wars Bug. Game Breaker!

Wanted to go Back to Map for Golden Paper in the first Bid Wars scenario. Had just a Black Screen with sound. Loaded last Save and 2nd round of Auctions began without me Participating. Wasnt able to Participate by any means, neither could I use anything. Tried to go Back home and lost Bid wars without Participating. Very Disapointing. This is a Game Breaking Bug.

For the future - Golden Paper is only possible during the 3rd Bid Wars. Also, thanks for the intel - checking a problem.

I completed all the bid wars and can't seem to go back. I missed the last golden paper. Is there no way to get it? Do I have to start the game over completely?
