Crash Zone Ladder Bug?

Im having a problem on Floor 2, the ladder there is unusable, but it seems im required to get up there. I've tried different angles, crouching, jumping, etc and the prompt never comes up to use it.

I'm hoping for a quick fix since this stops the game completely if we can't get this switch turned off and get to the alien. Thank you for your assistance.

Just to add, the ladder wasn't giving me a problem until I had to logout and log back in later. I had been down doing the switch puzzle to release the alien and got called away. When I restarted the game I realized all my switches had been moved back so I had to run around and get them all again. This is when I realized I could no longer move up the ladder. I've tried leaving going back to the store and coming back to no avail.

You need to go to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\BarnFinders\Saved\SaveGames and in this file delete HighTechBarn_P0 (P1, P2, P3 based on your profile). After that go back to the game and go to the crash site again. The map will be refreshed with all items (don't get confused if the game will tell u that there are no items left). Be sure that u are in your shop before u delete that file, I don't know what could happen if you still will be on that map once u delete it

Ok, this works to get me restarted on the crash site level. So, I go around and collect all the items again. However, clicking on the golden toilet paper does not remove it from my screen. It does absolutely nothing actually. And because the floor still exists, you can't get to the comic book page across the cables. Additionally, I can't seem to turn off the power to the middle tube on level 0. I suspect this is how I get to the moon. Yes, I resolved the alien release switch puzzle. I'm still stuck and I fear turning off the game as I might have to do the entire level again when I reenter.....

Gonna report that to our devs. I think the only solution here is to exit your game and relaunch it. Don't reset the level from in-game as it may get worse.

The folder should be by default under: C:\Users\YourProfile\AppData\Local. Make sure that you can see hidden folders in folder optons.

Ok, now I really broke it! I went to the top level and tried to jump down onto the cables above the first level and I landed next to the middle tube on the first level. The problem is that the elevator is still at the top level and now I'm stuck on the first level because I cannot call the elevator back down. If I fall down the elevator shaft, it puts me back on the first level.

Now, I'm really stuck

Hello, I have a problem with this level as well. But mine is different when I go into the toilet it puts me inside the tube and drops back in the cave. I tried resetting the map (deleting the file), but it just doesn't want to work.

I just picked up this game for the first time and ran into this. I have a solution for the ladder bug to get the last switch. No other objects required. Go to the second floor after turning all the switches like normal. Make sure you are not in the elevator and call it to go back outside it will disappear. From thank you will call it back and the portapotty will takes it place. Open the door jump on top of the outside switch. From than you will jump on the portapotty door and jump again on top of it. This is the last part you will run and jump onto the platform from there. You’re all welcome.
