Toilet Paper in the Lumber Mill

I goofed and broke anything I could possibly climb on to help me get to the TP in the Lumber Mill. I've seen people say they could parkour up to it by jumping on the railing, but I can't for the life of me get on the railing. I hoped when I left and came back, some more boxes or barrels would spawn so I can jump on them, but no dice. Does anyone have any tips for getting up there?

I have the same problem. Would be nice, if there would be a fix or solution for this problem.

In the next level I can't reach the comic book, page because I destroyed all boxes and can't reach it anymore.

Necro, again, I know. Did the same thing. Didn't see it, and so assumed it was after the portal. Decided to clean out t he area before moving farther in the level. Big mistake when I finally realized where the golden roll was.

If someone HAS managed to get on the rail and/or shelving then more power to 'em , but I'm at a total loss for this last bloody roll.

Hey guys I got a fix for you all. So I ahd the same Problem and was very frustrated I couldnt get the 100% anymore. But then I found a solution (not a great one though). Basically what you need to do is go back to the Mill and the place where you would climb to the TP and hope that a new Item spawned there. Use the item to get on the railing and then try putting it on the railing itself to be able to reach the hire planks. Hope I could help you at least a little bit.

1 more necro for you. This can be done even if you have destroyed all boxes etc. You need to do a "crouch jump" on to the railing. This is done by jumping towards the railing and crouching mid air. When done right, you can get on to the railing. Then you just jump up on to the shelving unit, then jump to the rafters.
