After Knuckles' barn

I am a little stuck after finding the dog, giving uncle the golden ticket, i go back sleep then it says check your email. When I click on emails there no unread emails so I am unable to progress further. I do not know if its a bug or I am being stupid.

I have the same problem, i gave the golden tickets to the uncle and i've looked everywhere on that map for that dog, can't find it anywhere.

i found the dog but when you go back to your shop, it states check your emails but there no new emails

We're having the same problem. Wants us to check the email... and sometimes the UI says "Jobs (1)" but when you click it, there's no emails at all. You can see the Jobs Done, and we shipped the dog. So, we're stuck. Game over!?

yeah its the end of the game once you travel to your vacation but it still says 1 email to read once its complete but of course there nothing there.

The email is supposed to be the vacations. It's a minor bug. We are trying to solve it with the upcoming patches.

makes perfect sense. It was a very enjoyable game. hopefully there will be a barn finders 2 coming up. I will fully support that like I have with this one

In the lumber mill space section is a hidden key, and on a now deleted thread here on steam about this key, a dev said something like "dont worry about that key for now", so im guessing they have something planned in the future about a DLC or something.
