Motion blur toggle and weapon swap lag

Let us turn off motion blur. it is nauseating.
Using scroll wheel to swap weapons has a really weird lag to it.
IDK what causes this but its considering one of my thumb buttons on my mouse the same as Shift. no other game has done that, so not sure whats going on there
