Is there any way to manipulate popularity with the cheat engine? I want to make sure my party dominates Parliament but i can't manage it.

cheat engine yourself money/party stuff and run the 'attack opposition' in the west' or whatever every day until you have a lot of popularity. Communist and nationalist parties auto get 10% though, but you can easily get 50% of the vote with this method. If you also want all the ministries, you can cheat engine the points in the ministry picking phase as well. most of the numbers are stored as 4 bytes, an ex: if you have 12.5 money, it would be stored as 125 in a 4 byte integer. Cheat engining popularity requires manually cheating each provinces specific populations popularity and is a much bigger pain than attacking parties. Just did a run testing the nukes where i cheated the nation into perfection to see if they go off no matter what.

(edit: cheat engine in the ministry picking phase to also reduce the opositions points so they dont get a ministry.)
