breeding question

is phoenix breed-able? i highly doubt so, but i'm asking since i'm lacking of clearing it for achievement/collection.

no its not, theres 2 beasts that are only males

but you dont need them, there's enough other beasts to get the breeding achievement, you must be missing another

There is another creature to be acquired later through mainline questing that'll open up opportunities to get a breeding pair, but I had that challenge completed before even the phoenix. (I still never managed to find a second phoenix that I keep reading exists somewhere. I'll keep looking. Wanna find it on my own, and if it's a phantom, I'll still enjoy the search all the same.)
