Hopefully WB is working on a fix for broken mod support...
and MC is gone, so sad.
I want it to be restored quickly.
(The only thing that interested me was NG+ type mods. They all got ported to CurseForge.)
When rolling back to the 2024 version you can play with achievements enabled regardless of how many mods you install, that's what I'm doing now since I doubt they will ever fix compatibility with 3rd party mods or even enable achievements for that matter.
You will miss on ray reconstruction by playing the 2024 version, but honestly this game is better without raytracing since it is mainly used for reflections/shadows and they are overdone, performance impact isn't worth it. DLSS transformer model can still be enabled through the nvidia app.
It's worth a shot if you plan to play with mods, otherwise if you really need the updated version then its better to ignore all mods.
So some people decided to mod there ->Single player game <- with mods that would be deleted on Nexus mods anyway and WB decides to make it everyones problem ...even thought ,again, that it is a Single Player game.
Yeah i blame WB for that.
