I am just getting a bad feeling about it, as the devs have been so limited in the setting of the game.
I'd like to mention that the SoP shows off a ton of places, ranging from beaches and mountains to villages and ruins, not to mention dungeons and what looks to be a dragon-holding area of sorts. Don't worry about there only being four places.
Also, I doubt they'd be able to create all of London just to be explored for a bit. The time and resources wasted on something you'd only get to see for maybe <20 minutes of playtime (really, it'd only be in the beginning. You've come to Hogwarts to go to school, not to just return to London whenever) is a bit ridiculous.
As for the Knight Bus? The first engine powered one was made 16 years after we start the game. So if you're fine with one that was drawn by horse (basically a carriage but with railings on the top) then let's hope it'll be added for your sake.
I will add this though- it definitely looks like we'll have some sort of Gringotts look-a-like, if not the real deal.
Yes but my basic point is that none of the locations in the game, with the exception of the school itself, Hogsmead and the Forbidden Forest, are locations in the actual films or books. Which seems stupid in a game about Harry Potter when perhaps 75% of time was spent elsewhere of these three locations.
Not being a massive Harry Potter fan it doesnt bother me that much because its unlikely I will be buying the game myself, but my eldest daughter is very interested in this game and I cant help feeling she will be disappointed when she sees how limited it is in Harry Potter lore.
Did you watch the trailer? What 'Harry Potter' experience and lore are you expecting? It's set before he even exists. It's a Wizarding World game...temper expectations accordingly.
