Character won't move after loading game

SInce this morning, after I load my game my character stays still. Keyboard and controller don't make him move. Mouse and right stick make the camera move, but no other button works (keyboard or controller). ESC and start won't take the game to the menu screen. Only way to quit the game is to alt+F4.

I've validated the game files, updated my Xbox One controller. The issue remains.

Controller works perfectly with other games. So does the keyboard.

It was working perfectly until this morning.

Found a fix, leaving here for others who might have the same problem.

If you wait for a minute, you'll be able to start moving again.

No fix, just wait a minute or so and the character moves again.

well I can't even get into the game, it freezes when loading shaders

Incredible, It's almost a year, and the bug still there. I waited for 5 minutes and my character still doesn't move
