Texture bug FIX
Hello! I see that a lot of users still have problems with textures, so I've decided to share a fix, that helped me and some other users around. This one method is a combination of other solutions I have found online.

1. Clear your shaders cache (I did this in my AMD software settings, NVIDIA software also lets you do it)
2. Turn off upscaling in your graphics card software as well as inside the game settings.
3. Navigate to \AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
4. Back up file Engine.ini and then open it
5. Add the following to the bottom of the file and save it afterwards
--------
[SystemSettings]

r.bForceCPUAccessToGPUSkinVerts=True
r.GTSyncType=1
r.OneFrameThreadLag=1
r.FinishCurrentFrame=0
r.TextureStreaming=0
r.Streaming.PoolSize=2048
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=0

[ConsoleVariables]
AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdates=1
AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesDuringGamethreadUpdates=1
AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesEditor=1
-------
Below are the recommended values for r.Streaming.PoolSize depending on your GPU memory (though I have 2048 PoolSize value and 4GB video memory graphics card and it works just fine):

4GB or less - 1024
6GB - 2048
8GB - 3072

6. Open the game and close it few times. For me the third run worked.
7. When you spawn, just let your game a few moments to load textures around you, after that every location works just fine. There are still some onscreen textures loading sometimes, but game is more playable than it was before. You then can tweak settings in ultra and high to achieve best performance and fps. Also, you can repeat step 1 from time to time, like once a week, if you see that texture loading became slower.
