This game is unplayable on PC
I have a I7-10700K with 64 GB of RAM and a 3070TI and get even get passed the shader part since they did a update. I don't understand how friends of mine who have better computer are having the same issues. All my drivers are updated and Ray Tracing is disabled and still can't get past the shader screen. Fix this Fing game already why is a $2500 set up can't play the game while a $600 system can handle it perfectly it makes no sense.

I don't know why many are having issues, but I think the broad statement of your post topic might be seen as misleading. I, for one, have over 300 hrs. playing on PC, with none of those issues, and the game loads and runs fine.

Nice for you.

So you are one of those special people who are allowed to play the game, (Congrats!) while many other people

HAVE issues.
Oh and it is not only a PC problem as you can see here: https://hogwartslegacy.bugs.wbgames.com/bug/HL-6543.
So yes johnnylako thread-title is misleading.

Let's hope, you and all the other "specials" will never ever have any issues in this game in future.
(Dieing is dangerous btw: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198014206175)
Enjoy your gaming and let us non-specials talk, thx.

Thank you! Just know that you don't speak for everyone, or even for a majority, and to insinuate that you do is wrong. I am also very glad that you recognize my specialness.

Count me in too as one of the "special" people who can run this game flawlessly on a i7-10750H, 32 GB RAM laptop ^_^

i have had 'none' of these issues and still enjoy playing using a
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
16.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

ive no idea why people continue to blame the game for problems that dont affect 'everyone',
as far as im concerned its a problem their end.

Ooooohhh only 4 Specials till now who think I intended to talk to everyone.

It's confirmed that there's problems within the games code that cause memory leaks and other stuff. We blame the game, because it's confirmed the game is the problem. If you're not affected you probably not have the latest patch installed, have tinkered with the files or you're just lucky because you're hardware is not affected by the broken code. All fine but please don't tell others they're incompetent just because you don't have the issues while thousands of others have issues ;)

6800xt, 5600x, 32 gb ram @ 3200. Lots of stutters at Hogwarts. Game will go from 90-100 fps down to high 40s, creating noticeable stutters. This is unfortunate because the game is a lot of fun.

So you're saying, selling a game that only works on very specific computers is acceptable and that it's the users problem they have the wrong hardware? If it would be disclosed anywhere that this game only works on specific hardware, it would be barely ok for me but the way that it is rn? Not even close to being acceptable. I just can't grasp how the game not working 100% is okay for you. It's like saying it is your fault that you're car lost a wheel after buying it brand new..well because it was a problem on your end, you should have tightened the wheels again after receiving the car. Also I wouldn't be mad if the devs would atleast communicate with us. It would be really easy for them to just rollback to the last patch and say they'll work on fixing it.

So, according to you.. It will always be the problem of the users hardware even if they were to be within the recommended specs or beyond, no matter what?

I'm sorry but what is that kind/type of logic?

Same for me, i9 9900k and a RTX 3080Ti 12GB .
outside works fine, some places dips to 60s.. but mostly at round 70-80.. in the hogwarts castle most places works fine though it stutters alot "stable at 70-80 fps". then some places goes down to 50-40..
everything maxed out except Ray tracing wich is all OFF..
