BUG: Cannot pickup collection item in Horklump Hollow

When I enter Horklump Hollow and try to pick up a collection box it opens it, stays on the map but I do not receive the collection item. If I return later or reload the game it is still open, on the map and not awarded.

Its the one after you blow up a barricade, drop down, turn around and crouch under a square opening. Its at the back of the room.

What do I do? Can't complete my trophies now.... :(

As a workaround I've tried leaving the dungeon and coming back in, I've tried reloading a save, and I've tried restarting the game from menu, and closing and reopening the game....so trying to clear stuck state doesn't appear to be fixing it....
