Help needed to find a field guide page

I'm missing the last field guide page in the HIghlands that gives me the Antique Horn. The walkthrough I used is not helpful. Could someone give me the location of the nearest floo flame and directions from there to find it. Thanks.

Here's another guide from google. This one has a picture of the location. on the dock by the boat: https://progameguides.com/hogwarts-legacy/all-north-ford-bog-field-guide-page-locations-in-hogwarts-legacy/

IGN also shows a picture of the dock but from further back and mentions it.
