From PC to PS5

Hello everyone,
I would like to understand if there is a system to transfer saves from PC (Steam) to PS5, obviously buying the game again.

HL doesn't support "cross-saves".

If there's a method of doing it manually, I do not know it. (Some games use different save formats for saves on different platforms requiring a lot of extra steps for manual transfer that few are willing to do. I don't know if HL does that.)

(Steam doesn't support cross-saves, either. It's game-dependent. BG3 supports cross-saves, but that's BG3 doing it, not Steam.)

On a personal note, I'm close to 100% on a second save with only 40 hours reported on the save (which includes long periods of pausing for life-related stuff).

I personally played on ROG Ally, but I recently got a PS5 Pro for family convenience, but at this point I will finish this title there, I don't feel like starting all over again because from memory I had reached a good point
