DLSS 4 Multi Frame Gen Not Working

Has anyone tried this with MFG on the newest update? Selecting 2x, 3x, and 4x doesn’t affect anything in my game, it all seems to be 2x frame generation.

Because you are on a RTX40 series. x2 is just regular DLSS-FG like the usual. X3 and X4 are for RTX50 owners only........ That or play with Lossles Scaling.

I’m on a 5080, where it is supported. It’s just not working in this game in my experience.

Interesting because there isn't stock yet, it was a "paper launch" nobody got one... Anyway, try re-validating your game files.

For anyone coming across this in the future, I was able to fix it by going into the Nvidia app and manually setting the 3 DLSS options, rather than the single option to set all 3 to “Latest”. I set super resolution to latest, and the other 2 to use the application setting.

It worked for me without changing any settings in the nvidia app

thank you OP. You rock. It seems to be a bug, but forcing 4x in the nVidia app in the settings fixed it.

Interesting... My Wife got her FE on Launch Day and the Card was delivered two days later on Feb 01...

Yeah I got a 5080 on launch day, my local Micro Center received almost 90 of them lol it did take over a month to find a 5090 though as they would sell out almost immediately when they were in stock
