Broom Mouse Controls

As Portkey Games seems to insist that we use their modding system, can someone please create a Broom Mod that lets you fly using simple mouse controls?

The current keybindings are the worst I have seen for a long time. Simply put, the current controls make flying in the game suck to the point of rage quitting!

I was using the mod from Nexus (no longer working), and while not perfect, it allowed me to get from point A to point B without me looking like someone has hexed my broom.

Can someone in the community please make the game fun again?

Unfortunately, the Nexus Mod now (since the update) causes my game to crash.

I agree that it was not perfect but it was way better than the keyboard bindings that came with the game.
What I would like to see is someone making a mod that allows you to fly using the mouse and and some keyboard controls using the new modding system.

I do not have the computer savvy to do modding myself, but we do have awesome people out in the community who do.

yea something similar to warthunders arcade flight control or even quidditch champions. a free look would be great

Have you tried with just that mod? It's working fine here (just drop it in the Paks folder)

I am about to try that again. It was the only mod I used, so I have been reading the Nexus discussions as well. I have just removed the old version from paks and have checked the game files. The game starts clean without nexus mods so i will try again before trying to roll back the update. Will let you know if it works

I have just reinstalled the mod from Nexus and it works again. Still not the best broom control mod but it is better than the games original design. Thanks for your help people, I am still hoping that someone will come up with a better mod but this will do unless it crashes.
