light and distance glitches since the new update. and sound, of course!
Am I the only one who have patches of sunligt indoors (main example being the shadows of windows in Hogwarts) constantly flickering and being blurry?

It's not comming from my settings. They're still the same. Most of them are on medium and ray tracing is deactivated (I don't have a very powerful computer).

I tried to activate it and either raise or lower several things (with and without Ray tracing) just to be sure, but to no avail.
The only thing slightly working is putting "Shadows" settings on high or ultra. It works a little (sometimes. Because why not) but I have to literally walk on it for said shadows and patch of sunlight to appear as they're supposed to be. If I'm two meters away? Blurry and flickering again.

As for distances, before the update I could see people/students and details/textures from afar. Even with medium settings, it worked smoothly and perfectly.
Now, everything that is more than five metters away is slightly blurry and takes time to clear, and NPCs are popping out of nowhere.

And cherry on top: sounds/dialogue glitches. Before I had some problems with NPCs talking. I could hear a faint echo when they were talking, but nothing super annoying and most of it disappeared when I changed my sound settings on "Headphones" instead of "home cinema".

Now? everyone, including my character, have strong echo while talking. And that's IF I'm lucky enough to hear the talking, because now inworld dialogues (when NPCs are talking among them) can't be heard 4 times out of 5. I just see the subtitles on my screen.

... Does anyone have a solution?
I now it's not major glitches that prevent me from playing, bBut most of my love for this game is about taking my time to explore, with contemplating the scenery. it's about immersion :'(

I see the same issue after update. Game became unplayed at all! Ray tracing setting can do nothing with that. They mentioned in the update that added support of DLSS4:
Developer notes – This patch adds new Ray Tracing features and enhancements, DLSS4 support, Bug Fixes, and MODs support to the PC version of the game.

Ray Tracing now has more toggles exposed for users to customize their experience. Previously, users could just turn RT features on and off, with a global RT Quality setting. We now expose quality settings for each feature, excluding RTAO, and an additional RT geometry quality.

Maybe there is an issue
Same issue. I've tried every permutation of the RT settings, including disabling them, to no avail. In order to actually see anything in some of the vaults, I have to constantly go to the map and switch to "nighttime" just to not go blind. How can anybody involved in creating this game think that this is acceptable? Every update makes this game look worse and worse and worse. It's deplorable.

I've had this issue even without RT on. Just one of those jank graphical bugs you have to deal with... I guess.
