Anyone else having an issue where their graphics option menu is non-existent? Just not there?

Blank Graphics Options Menu

Anyone else getting a blank page when trying to change settings in the Graphics Options menu?

This is a fresh install of the game with zero mods.

Just tried file integrity check and all files accounted for but still options in the graphics menu.

I have the same problem, too. At first I thought, it is because of my new grafic card, but if I am not alone, maybe it is a bug after the latest update? And if so, how can we fix it?
