There are already a lot of roleplay mods like classes, interaction with furnitures... even without the modding kit.
Actually I think this would be easier to do with the Dev Kit. The only thing that it would lack is voice acting and I am sure there some that are will to do that.
We also try to teach each other using the Devkit :)
It won't. Multiplayer is one of the hardest things to implement and it will be a cold day in hell before this game will be multiplayer. It isn't realistic.
