Stuck on Loading Screen

So I bought the game right when it came out. Always had this issue. Recently wanted to play and remembered this continues to be stuck in loading screen. Because this is a popular issue I did resolve it quickly but the following time I got on it did it again.
Is going through app and program data deleting these files something I am going to need to do every time just to play? Seems ridiculous.
