please help, high keep bug?

Hai, so I started playing hogwarts legacy again and upon nearly finishing the "high keep" quest for getting to the roof, the quest stops tracking and the hippogriffs are just laying on the roof and not doing anything.

I have removed my mods and abandoned quest and redone it multiple times, looked for solutions for this but I have not seen anyone having similar problems. Please help ;(

This guide might help. Sounds like you just did not complete some element. Verify your game files in cases you have corrupted files...especially if you were using mods.
