In the video linked above, Hogwarts Legacy is shown running at approximately 35-40 FPS more smoothly using AMD FSR 2 with the Upscale Mode set to "AMD FSR 2 Quality".

I haven't tried Hogwarts Legacy on my SteamDeck, So I can't provide any of my own experience. Only what I could find with a few quick searches. Hopefully that helps.
