What I really don't understand is why publishers don't release a devkt for the PC gaming community save that of Bethesda, and CDPR to name a couple. For me it gives me a reason to purchase a game a 2nd time if I have it already on console as well as extend the life of a title by several years. Fan made mods is the reason I continue to play Fallout and Skyrim til this day.

When I play next (and this is one of the handful of games to which I'll return), I'll most likely dive into the immersive stuff.
There's quite a selection of 2024 stuff if you haven't checked them out.
As for new 2025 stuff? I dunno, yet. There's not a lot of room for such a structured narrative game, and UE packages tend to resist external meddling if not handled in specific ways. (Denuvo puts certain restrictions that add a little bit of hindrance but not insurmountable if one sticks within its rules.) It can be meticulous to add extra content such as long quest arcs.
I advise patience to see what 2025 brings. (It might bring more words of the once-referenced follow up to HL.)
Thank you for taking the time to curate a list, but I have been through everything on Nexus and none of these actually offer new content at least in the realm that I am looking for. Most of these are just scripted immersion mods, reshades and preferences and several of these no longer work or are a bugfest since the summer update.
Also, to get a lot of these mods to work together you have to use a mod merger and jump through a few hoops which to me is a tremendous amount of work for so little payout. I don't blame the mod authors for there not being content .You can only do so much on your own without the proper tools as well as dealing with that dneuvo garbage.
Right now I do have Acscendeo III installed as the only mod I am currently using because in Jan 2025 the core of this game is still a bugfest with lags and stutters at least on my 3080TI.
I think the Mod scene for this title unfortunately looks dead which is a shame because it is a really good game and user content could extend it's life by a few years.
Looks like someone from Avalanche heard us! There is official mod support dropping on Jan the 30th woo hoo! I am super excited about this.

Very good news. kudos to Avalanche
I'm playing for the first time, but glad to know there's already more when I want it.
