The special store mission in Hogsmeade does not appear for me

Hi guys!
I finished the game more than a year ago, and I reopened it these days because I remembered that the special mission in Hogsmeade (the one in the store that can be bought from the elf, at first it was only available for playstation) is finally available. The good news is that, as soon as I opened the game, it made me redeem new clothes and a special broom; the bad news, however, is that not only did I not find any of these things in my inventory, but the quest did not even appear. Is this a bug? How can I fix it?
I've already tried wandering around the map for a while, teleporting, opening another save, but nothing. I have checked and the game is not damaged. Any advice?

The elf called penny only appears outside the rundown shop at winter season, which is when you complete the fire and ice quest main mission with poppy, which is storyline in the winter time

Are you sure? I saw some videos on YouTube and they were doing the mission in any season.... Anyway, it costs me nothing to try. Do you happen to remember how to time forward? Thanks

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere that the winter season was necessary. I had to finish Professor Weasly's last assignment in order for the quest to show up. You may also need to finish the dragon quest with Poppy in order for Weasly's to show up.

Yes, if I'm not mistaken it unlocks around that point in the game. The problem is that I completed everything, it should only come out that quest, instead nothing. The blank 🥲

Hmmmm ... maybe because it's a finished save from some time ago??? Somehow having the finished quests on an older save file isn't being triggered by the update?? Doesn't necessarily make sense.

I solved it, the quest wasn't appearing for a single mod I had downloaded, and I didn't even remember having 🤦🏻‍♀️ days racking my brain for nothing ahah thank you all for trying to help me ❤️

The clothing and broom skins won't be in your inventory, they should be in the styles that you can select from for the skin. Glad you figured out the Store problem.

You are absolutely right! That's what I meant too, it's just that I'm Italian and I didn't know what that section was called in the English menu 😅 Anyway removing the mod made the clothes and broom appear to me too! I also found out that you can buy a new dark arts broom in the store in Hogsmeade
