Report a translation problem
If you don't see even that, check Windows Event Viewer and under ...\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Logs for whether the game crashed before launching properly.
If you can't see an AppData folder under your home dir, tell Windows to stop hiding things marked with the "Hidden" attribute from you.
Check the size of your pagefile and make sure that the max size is at least 32 GB.
What nVidia driver are you using? What do the logfiles say?
(Use pastebin.com if you can't figure out the relevant part.)
Go to ‘C:\Users<your-user>\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved’ and delete everything except for the ‘SaveGames’ folder (if you have it)
Next go to ‘C:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy’ and delete everything except for the ‘NotAllowedUnattendedBugReports’ file
Start the game and it should take some time to properly prepare the shader cache for real this time and let you in
If it's a DX12 issue then this may help the OP if she decides to tackle it again or anyone else for that matter. I also have additional instructions pinned in comments on how to force the game in to DX11.

So there are a few options to try out. Just have to find out which option works the best. Hope this helps some and good luck mates.
