There's no re-confirming of enabled mods that way.
The way people likely want to do it is tap A/X on the save slot which is usually for confirm in the majority of situations but is for opening the mod list in this case. The start/options button on controller is how to load the game straight-away.
When hovering over the save slot, what controls are shown on the screen? There should be one for continuing the save, one for loading a specific save from the slot, and one for choosing mods for the slot.
The option to choose mods will likely be what people expect to use to start the game.
Yeah No, I know that, that is the same Way I do it to start a modded Game. What I mean is, is there no way to just have an "exe", where there is a modded Start included, just start Game, load save and it starts Modded. Instead of always going to "Loadmods".
