Can't get unicorns to spawn

I have changed the time of day from the nearby town floo flame 6 times multiple times with no mods and no unicorns have spawned. Am I doing something wrong? I've saved hazel already so they SHOULD be spawning??

Make sure your Room of Requirement is at Stage 2-3 you should have 2-3 beast rooms now.

It's completely random. Last playthrough, I was able to grab one with only the first room open. I hadn't even done the Unicorn rescue quest.

This current playthrough, I saw one there in Summer. The Room of Requirement vivariums open in Autumn. (Of course, couldn't grab it without having the bag. I got the collection marked in the Guide for just looking at it, though.)

RNGs can be a total pain (even with real dice). One of the playthroughs, I kept going back and finding nothing over and over and over. Then after I don't know how many times, three appeared.

Usually, it's just one at that den. Rarely (for me, except that one playthrough) it's two or none. I've seen three only once in all the playthroughs.

E: That time with the three, all of them were female. So... I had to go again to make a pair, but there was one Unicorn there the next two times, and the second time was male.

Update: I got the to spawn after resting *8* times lol
