Display settings resetting?
My display settings keep resetting for some reason when I relaunch the game, and I can't find anything about it.

If your display settings in Hogwarts Legacy keep resetting, you can try deleting the configuration file located at C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. Remove the file named GameUserSettings.ini, then relaunch the game to set your preferences again. Ensure the game is running with administrator privileges by right-clicking the game’s executable, selecting "Properties," navigating to the "Compatibility" tab, and enabling "Run this program as administrator." Additionally, check that the configuration file is not set to read-only by right-clicking it, selecting "Properties," and unchecking "Read-only." If the problem persists, verify the integrity of the game files through your game launcher, on Steam.

Make sure the ini file is set to not read-only? I think I've seen people suggest it be set to read-only. Which should it be?
I can't find that .ini file

Try %LocalAppData%\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
(%LocalAppData% is a system-created user variable to point to the user's AppData\Local folder in the case that it was moved from its default for any reason.)

If that folder doesn't exist, that's the problem. It needs to be able to create that folder to save the settings. If this is what's happening, that's something specific to how your OS environment is set up and is non-standard. We will likely be limited in any assistance in that situation.
