Locked doors

Hi there, I already have the Alohomora spell open in my game and I already know not to open the door to the hospital wing until Mr. Moon's Quest THE CARETAKER'S LUNAR LAMENT, so I'm using it to open locked chests only, but are there any more doors I shouldn't open that are part of quests please?

Also, are there any secret rooms in the following common rooms,

Ravenclaw
Slytherin

I should know about please?
