artifacts in games usually means something is about to break, now note i said "usually". this does not mean its happening or going to.
play the game with lower settings, if you don't have it on lower settings, then it could mean your GPU is having issues, no need to panic right away, driver updates "if not done" may fix your problem, dx shader reset (delete old shader cache) may fix your problem.
in any case, your in for some long tests, don't go play other game for 5-10 mins and call it ok, you need to stress test your stuff, means HIGHEST setting for long times.
goodluck, sport finding the issue.
Update Your Graphics Drivers: Ensure your GPU drivers are fully up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause these kinds of lighting and graphical issues.
Verify Game Files: On Steam (or your platform), use the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" option to check for any corrupted or missing game files.
Check for System Updates: Make sure your OS and any gaming-related software (e.g., DirectX, Vulkan, or .NET Framework) are updated.
Adjust Display Settings: Try switching between fullscreen, windowed, or borderless modes to see if it helps. Also, resetting your monitor's refresh rate to 60 Hz temporarily could help narrow down the issue.
Reapply Graphics Settings: Sometimes tweaking one setting can glitch the game. Go to your game’s graphics settings, reset to defaults, and adjust incrementally to see if the issue reappears.
Disable Overlays: If you’re using overlays like Discord, Steam, or any GPU utility, try disabling them to see if they’re interfering with the game.
Reinstall Drivers in Clean Mode: Use tools like DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your GPU drivers and reinstall them in clean mode.
Contact Support: If none of the above works, report your issue to the game’s official support team. Include details about your hardware and system specs.
