Characters Voices are all an echo
Is it just me or does everyone int his game sound like they're talking from inside a large bowl or something. It's like there's an echo or reverb. Any ideas?

The voice is a Synthesised AI.. The only change is the pitch in which the lines are spoken. but yes there is no inflection on any of the words some of the voices are paid Actors/resses.

You mean that flanging? Pitching the sound seems to cause this. Leave them at default.
Nah I haven't changed anything. I'm talking about the NPC characters you interact with. Sometimes there in full reverb or echo and they're outside or in a small room. The sound needs work. And I've got music on 80% and dialogue on 100% and in Hogsmeade North I think it is the music is way louder than the dialogue. Definitely a sound issue on PC version that they should have a look at
This happened when I first started playing on my new PC, and I realized it was because of the sound settings. I had "spatial sound" turned on, but was using a single Bluetooth speaker. Once I turned that setting off, the voices finally sounded normal again.
I never noticed anything odd about the voices. There is a slight echo if you are in a cave or tunnel at times...but it feel correct for the circumstance. I would check my settings to see if you have something selected (or not selected) that is causing the sound problem.

I do run my PC on a 42 inch flat screen (bought 15 years ago) and it provides the sound through the TV speakers. I am guessing that simplifies a lot of the setting for me. No 4K and probably very old speaker drivers.
