Haunted Hogsmeade Side Quest Help

I cannot seem to get the side quest to trigger on my PC despite my game being up to date. I've finished the main story line. I found the shop in which the Quest takes place but I just cant get it to work. The shop door glows when I use Revelio but nothing else happens. I'm completely lost and confused. any advice? thanks.
